Former CEO Micheal Ziegler to serve as Senior Advisor and on RMC’s Board of Directors

Risk Mitigation Consulting (RMC), a leading provider of mission assurance, security and resiliency, energy engineering, and cybersecurity services announced the appointment of Vincent Kuchar as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Kuchar will also serve as the President of the Board of RMC.

Mr. Kuchar comes from The Boston Consulting Group, where he was a member of its West Coast Transactions and Integrations, Financial Institutions, and Public Sector practice areas. He has extensive experience advising Fortune 500 clients on strategy development and transformation and integration programs. Mr. Kuchar is also a Lieutenant Colonel in the Washington Army National Guard and holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

As part of this announcement, former RMC CEO and co-founder Micheal Ziegler will serve as a member of the RMC Board of Directors and remain active as a Senior Advisor. Ziegler will leverage nearly three decades of expertise in operational risk management, and facility and installation risk assessments, to focus on strategic growth initiatives, as well as client and market-facing activities. Brent Hyland, RMC co-founder, will remain in the role of Chief Operating Officer as he leads operational expansion, including implementing new technologies and optimizing processes for more efficient and effective operations.

RMC serves as one of the Department of the Navy’s prime technical support contractors addressing its mission assurance and control system cybersecurity needs for Navy and Marine Corps installations worldwide. In this capacity, RMC is one of the foremost experts in assessing, analyzing, and improving the security of critical infrastructure, systems, and assets for the Department of Defense and pharmaceutical manufacturers globally.
